We accept returns on eligible items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened items in original sealed packaging
- Items with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Products returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items with no physical damage or signs of use
Not Eligible
- Opened software licences and digital products
- Used ink and toner cartridges
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Service bookings once work has commenced
- Special-order or custom-configured items
How to Return an Item

Ship or Drop Off
We will arrange courier collection or you can drop the item at our store at 144 Waidya Road, Colombo within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Processed
After we inspect the item (1–2 business days), your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
